How can I change the delivery address on my order?Updated a year ago

I've placed my order to my old address, how can I change it?

Sorry to hear your order got addressed to your old address. Our Customer Care team is here to help you and we can update your order with your new address, if it hasn't been dispatched yet.

Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange this for you.

My order has been dispatched, how can I change the address it's going to?

You can lodge a request to redirect your parcel to your desired address with NZ Post.

  1. Simply click the tracking link on your order dispatch notification email
  2. Click 'View / Manage'
  3. Sign in to your NZ Post account or create one
  4. Select 'Redirect my parcel'
  5. Select 'Add a new address' tab
  6. Enter all address details
