I can't check out, how do I use the checkout page?
Simply add your desired products to your shopping cart and hit the cart icon at the top right corner of the screen. Select to 'Checkout Securely'.
This will take you to our secure checkout where you can sign-in to your account to check that all of your details are correct, or create a new account.
Once you have checked that the order and address details are correct, and selected your delivery option, you will need to click 'Continue' in order to select your payment method.
Here any current HealthPost Rewards will be automatically applied, and the discount shown in the total section of the checkout.
Simply follow the prompts to complete your order.
What are the steps for checking out?
- Sign in or create an account
- Select your delivery address
- Select your delivery option
- Select your billing address, if it's different to your delivery address
- Select your payment option
- Enter a promocode or a gift voucher - through the 'View my cart & Savings' section
- Click 'Place order'
How can I enter a promocode or an e-Gift card code?
When shopping on a desktop - click 'Promocode/e-Gift card' in the 'Your cart' section to enter your code, then click 'Apply'
When shopping on a mobile or a tablet device - click 'See Cart & Savings' below your products, then click 'Promocode/e-Gift card' to enter your code, then hit 'Apply'
How can I enter a new address?
If you have an address saved on your account as your default address, this will appear in your delivery address section.
To enter a new address:
- Click on 'Edit' to the right of the Delivery Address header
- Click on the delivery address that is displayed
- From the drop-down menu select 'Add a New Address'
I'm not able to get to the Payment Options section, what can I do?
Please check that you have entered full and correct details into all the required delivery address fields, and have selected your delivery option.
The checkout page isn't letting me place my order
Please make sure that you have:
- Signed in to your account
- Entered all the required details as your delivery address
- Selected your delivery option
- Selected your payment option
- When paying with a new card, please check that all the card details have been entered correctly
- When paying with other payment options - please check you've completed the payment process on the payment platform you have selected. From time to time the communications between payment platforms and our online shop fail to process the order, in which case simply try placing your order and completing your payment again.
