How do I save my card details for future orders?

When you checkout you'll be given the option to ‘Save my payment details for next time’. When this is selected, an encrypted token is stored, not your actual card details. This token can't be used by anyone else so it's totally secure.

This option is simply provided for your convenience so you don’t have to re-enter your card details every time you shop with us. Whether you select this option or not, no actual card details are ever stored by us.

If you would like to pay by this option save your credit card details and the next time that you place an order you will just need to select 'saved credit card' as your payment method and select the card from the drop-down menu.

How can I delete a saved card?

You can manage and remove your saved credit cards at the checkout, this is easy to do! 

Simply select the credit card payment option at the checkout and click 'Manage'.

How can I update my saved card details?

First delete you old card details, by selecting the credit card payment option at the checkout, clicking 'Manage' and 'Delete'

Next, save your new card details by placing a new order. At checkout:

  1. Selecting credit card as your payment option
  2. Enter your card details, or select 'Use a different card' if you have any other pre-saved cards
  3. Tick 'Save your card details
  4. You also have the option to select the new card to be your new default payment option by ticking the corresponding box.
