Can I place an order to China or Hong Kong?

Yes, we accept all orders to China, Hong Kong and Macao!

What delivery options do I have for orders to China, Hong Kong or Macao?

We currently offer the following delivery options to China and Hong Kong.

Please note that currently, only the Tracked Airmail option is available to Macao.

Tracked China Airmail

Our tracked airmail service takes between 5-10 working days* to be delivered. While this service provides tracking, it is slower to be delivered than the EMS service. 

You can simply use the 'Estimate Delivery' tool at the checkout to calculate the costs of your order, or refer to below shipping costs to China for our Tracked China Airmail service.

*Working days = Monday to Friday, not including public holidays in NZ and in your country of destination.

This also excludes customs processing time, as this is outside of HealthPost and our global freight partner’s control.

For a delivery between 3-8 business days*, EMS China is a fast, secure and reliable service.  

You can simply use the 'Estimate Delivery' tool at the checkout to calculate the costs of your order, or refer to below shipping costs to China for our EMS China service.
