Can I return my products?

Yes. As long as it’s within 30 days of purchase and your product has been left unopened, we can provide a refund.  

We accept returns on our products provided they are returned in the same condition as they were bought and have not been used, opened or the seal broken. 

How can I arrange a return?

Please send your products to:

New Zealand.

Please provide your order number with your return and make sure your product/s are wrapped well so that they arrive in a re-saleable condition.


When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been processed, we will send you an update to let you know. Your return will generally be processed within 10 business days.

Will I get an update on my return?

Yes, we will process your return within 7 days of receiving it, and update you by email. Please allow for your refund an additional week to appear on your account.


I've received a faulty or damaged item, do I need to return it?

We're sorry to hear you've received a faulty item or one that was damaged on its way to you.

No need to send it back, simply Contact Us and your HealthPost team will sort you out.

If your product is faulty, we would appreciate if you could also let us know your product's batch and/or expiry date.

For a damaged product - please send a photo to [email protected] when possible.
