My order has been dispatched, how can I cancel it?

Has your order already arrived? You can return this to us for a full refund. You can find all the information you need to return your products in our Easy Returns article.

If your order has not been delivered, you can lodge a request to redirect your parcel back to us with NZ Post.

Simply click the tracking link on your order dispatch notification email
Click 'View / Manage'
Sign in to your NZ Post account or create one
Select 'Redirect my parcel'
Select 'Add a new address' tab
Enter all address details

If my full order is refunded, will my Healthy Rewards be affected?

Yes, if your order is refunded, any Healthy Rewards earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.

How can I cancel an item from my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to help! Please send us a message during our office hours with your order number and the item you’d like to cancel.
If we’re unable to cancel it in time, you’re welcome to return it using our Easy Returns service.
