My order has not been dispatched yet, how can I cancel it?
We are more than happy to help you to cancel your order if it has not been dispatched yet.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so that we can arrange this for you.
We process our orders very quickly, so for this to be successful please let us know as soon as you can.
My order has been dispatched, how can I cancel it?
You can either return it to us once it's arrived, for a full refund. You can find all the information you need to return your products in our Easy Returns article.
Or you can lodge a request to redirect your parcel back to us with NZ Post.
- Simply click the tracking link on your order dispatch notification email
- Click 'View / Manage'
- Sign in to your NZ Post account or create one
- Select 'Redirect my parcel'
- Select 'Add a new address' tab
- Enter all address details

How can I cancel an item from my order?
