How do bonus Healthy Rewards points work on selected brands and products?Updated a month ago
When we run a bonus Healthy Rewards promotion on specific brands, products, categories, or ranges, you can earn additional Healthy Rewards points during the promotional period.
Here’s how it works:
- The promoted offer determines the additional bonus points you’ll earn, with the value varying depending on the promotion. For every $1 spent on eligible items, you’ll earn additional points at a rate specified in the offer details.
- For instance, if the promotion offers double points and you spend $100 on a promoted brand, you’ll earn 200 points (worth NZ $10) instead of the usual 100 points (NZ $5).
A few important details to keep in mind:
- Additional bonus points are earned only on every full $1 spent on eligible items, after any discounts, Store Credit, or e-Gift Cards are applied.
- Delivery fees are excluded from earning points.

How do I know if I've earned bonus Healthy Rewards?
Whenever you earn Healthy Rewards, your Rewards History will be updated.
To access your Rewards History follow these steps:
- Login to your HealthPost account by clicking here.
- Head over to the ‘My Rewards' section of your account, or click here.
- Click on the 'Rewards History' button
- If you've placed an order during a bonus Healthy Rewards promotional period, your Rewards History will show an extra row for any extra points earned - for example; 'Double Rewards Offer'. For every eligible purchase, you will have a 'Make a purchase' action to show the rewards you earned at our usual rate.
Please note: If you've recently placed an order, it may take up to 5 minutes for your Rewards History to update.
