How do Healthy Rewards tiers work?Updated 2 months ago
More healthy habits earn you bigger rewards. As you move up the reward tiers, you’ll earn more benefits and rewards - from vouchers to giveaways, and more.
By creating an account you become a Self-care Starter, there are four tiers to work your way through, each earning you more rewards.
Your tier is calculated off your spend over the last year:
Self-care Starter – you’ve spent less than NZ $200 in the last 365 days.
Goodness Go-getter – you’ve spent between NZ $200 - $499.99 in the last 365 days.
Natural Nourisher – you’ve spent between NZ $500 - $999.99 in the last 365 days.
Healthy Hero - VIP – you’ve spent NZ $1,000 or more in the last 365 days.
Your total spend does not include any rewards, promotions or eGift card redemptions.
Which reward tier am I in?
Login and check Your Healthy Rewards page to view your tier status. Your progress bar will show your current tier and let you know how close you are to reaching the next one (and unlocking new rewards). You can also check your tier in the 'My Rewards' section of your account.

How do I know if I have reached a new reward tier?
When you move up a tier you will be rewarded with a voucher code to use towards your next order. The higher your new tier, the bigger your rewards will be.

- Head over to the ‘My Rewards' section of your account, or click here.
- Click on 'Rewards History'
- If you've moved up a rewards tier your voucher code will be here waiting for you.

Tier upgrade voucher codes are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued. They can't be used on delivery fees or eGift cards. Each code is unique to you and can only be redeemed once. Only one promo code can be applied per order and customer. These voucher codes apply a discount to each item in your cart. If you're shopping for an offer that requires a minimum spend to qualify for a free gift, your spend must still meet the requirement after the voucher code is applied to qualify for the gift.
Will my reward tier expire and can I move down a tier?
Once you’ve unlocked a reward tier, you will remain in this tier for one year. After then, your tier will be recalculated based on your spend in the last 365 days.
Make sure you keep shopping and earning rewards to maintain your tier.
You can continue moving up tiers at any time. Keep checking your progress bar, so you know how close you are to reaching the next tier.
What happens if I place a large order and skip a tier?
If you place a large order that causes you to skip a tier, you'll automatically be upgraded to the higher tier based on your total spend over the past 365 days. You'll receive the tier upgrade reward for your new tier, but not for the one you skipped.
