- After clicking 'apply', your Healthy Rewards will convert into store credit and be automatically applied to your order. Your order total will update, reflecting the applied store credit.

Can I redeem some of my Healthy Rewards and save the rest for another order?
Yes, you can choose how many rewards you want to redeem using the slider bar at checkout.
Can I use my Healthy Rewards to pay for my delivery fee?
This works only if you have enough rewards to cover both your order total and delivery fee.
The slider bar at checkout only allows you to apply rewards up to the cost of your products. However, there’s a workaround you can try by following these steps:
- Use the slider bar at checkout to increase the number of rewards you want to use to the maximum allowed.
- Click the apply button, which will convert these rewards into store credit and refresh the page.
- Once the page refreshes, use the slider bar again to convert additional rewards into store credit.
- When you click apply, all the Healthy Rewards you’ve selected will be automatically applied to your order as store credit.
Can I convert my store credit back into Healthy Rewards points?
No, once points are converted to store credit, they can't be reversed. However, your store credit will stay in your account and be automatically applied to your next order. See the next FAQ for more information.
How can I view my store credit?
To view your store credit balance, simply login to your account and visit the My Orders, My Rewards or Repurchase sections of your account. If you have a store credit balance, you’ll see a green message in your account, similar to this example.
What happens if I have redeemed more store credit than my order total?
No worries! Any unused store credit will remain in your account and will automatically be applied to your next order. Check the FAQ above for instructions on how to view your store credit balance.
I have store credit but don't want to use it towards my order.
Under the payment section at checkout, uncheck the box next to your store credit. This will remove it as a payment from your order. Any unused store credit will remain in your account and will automatically be applied to your next order.
I redeemed my rewards points at the checkout and now, I can't find them.
When you use the slider bar at checkout and click the 'apply' button, your Healthy Rewards points are converted into store credit, this is automatically applied to your order as a payment method. If you navigate away from the checkout, your store credit will still be automatically applied when you’re ready to complete your purchase.
To verify that your Healthy Rewards have been applied as store credit, you can:
- Check underneath your subtotal and delivery total to review the store credit applied to your order.
- Desktop: On the right-hand side of the checkout page.
- Mobile:
1. Click 'View cart & savings'2. See your Store credit applied to your order
- Check the Payment section of your order to confirm the store credit has been applied. Make sure the box next to the star icon on the right-hand side is checked.
Not ready to complete your order? Don’t worry—your store credit will remain in your account until you’re ready to use it, and it will be automatically applied to your next order.
