Can I pay in my own currency?

Our online shop transacts in New Zealand dollars only. This means that regardless of the currency displayed on your screen, you will be charged in NZ Dollars, and your bank may charge you currency exchange fees.

How can I change the currency display, to see the product price in my currency?

Simply select an available currency from the drop-down menu next to "Select Currency", this is located on the top right-hand side of our website.  By using this option it will help to estimate a currency conversion for you.

Will I be charged the amount that is displayed in my currency?

You may see a slightly different balance charged to you, than the final total displayed at the checkout.

That's because our currency exchange display provides you with an estimation based on the average currency exchange rate for the day of your purchase. However, currency exchange rates may change throughout the day, and therefore your bank may charge you based on a slightly different rate.

Additionally, your bank may add to your total charge, a currency exchange fee. Some overseas banks also charge an additional fee known as 'foreign merchant fee', due to their transacting with our New Zealand-based bank.
