Do you have a rewards or loyalty programme?

Yes! Our Rewards programme is a simple spend and earn model. When you shop with us, you can earn Rewards in the form of ‘HealthPost dollars’ to redeem on future orders.


What are HealthPost Rewards?

HealthPost Rewards are just one of the ways we like to say thanks. Simply shop with us online to earn Rewards in the form of ‘HealthPost dollars’. You can use your Rewards just like real dollars to spend on future orders.


How do I earn Rewards? 

For every $20 you spend with us we’ll give you $1 back in Rewards to use on a future order. These ‘HealthPost dollars’ can be used just like real dollars to spend on future orders. Rewards are valid for 180 days from your last order. Think you’re missing Rewards? Read our Rewards Expiry Information before you get in touch.  

You can earn Rewards in New Zealand Dollars, on the cost of the products you purchase after any discounts are applied and before your delivery fee.

Rewards cannot be earnt on payments made with e-Gift Cards.  


Will I earn Rewards on every order?

Rewards can be earnt on any order over $20NZD unless you are purchasing items with an e-gift card.


How long do I have to use my Rewards? 

  • Your Rewards are valid for 180 days from the date of your last order 
  • We’ll send you an email letting you know 10 days before your points are due to expire  


Is there a maximum amount of Rewards I can earn per order?  

No, you can earn unlimited Rewards with each order. Please note that our website currently allows orders with up to 20 products. If you wish to order a larger number of products, please split your order. You will earn Rewards with each one. 


How do I redeem my Rewards? 

Your available Rewards discount will be automatically applied to your order at Checkout. You will be able to see it above your order total. You’ll also see your Rewards balance appear in the Payment Methods (lower on the checkout page). If you’d like to save up your Rewards for another order, simply untick this box. 


Can I redeem some of my Rewards on an order and save the rest for another order? 

No. You have the option to either redeem or save your Rewards. You can’t choose to redeem just a portion of your Rewards balance. We recommend that you redeem your Rewards on every order, so that there is no risk of your Rewards expiring and not being used.  


Where can I see my available Rewards? 

To find out whether you have Rewards, sign-in to your account and look at the Rewards balance that appears in the header of our site (top right-hand corner, next to your shopping bag icon).  

 

When do my Rewards expire? 

Rewards are valid for 180 days from the date of your last order.  


Where can I see my Rewards balance and history? 

You can see your Rewards balance in the header of our site (top right-hand corner, next to your shopping bag icon) – please note you must be signed in first.


  • If you wish to see the Rewards you have redeemed on each one of your orders, you can view these in the ‘My Orders’ page: 
  1. Locate your order in the ‘My Orders’ page 
  2. Click ‘View Details’  
  3. Click ‘Download PDF Invoice’  
  4. Scroll down to the Total section of the invoice to view the amount discounted in Rewards



I’ve made an order and can’t see my Rewards? How long does it take for my Rewards to be added to my balance? 

Rewards are earned as soon as you make an order and will be added to your Rewards balance immediately. 


I seem to be missing some Rewards, what's happened to them? 

Before you get in touch, please see if any of the below scenarios apply: 

 1. Your Rewards have expired.  

Rewards are valid for 180 days from your last order. Make sure that you are signed up for Rewards Expiry reminders, in your Manage Preferences page so that you’re always aware of when Rewards are due to expire. To access this page, click the link in the base of any marketing emails we send you.  

 

2. You’ve spent your Rewards.  

You’re able to see the Rewards you have redeemed on each one of your orders, by viewing them in the ‘My Orders’ page: 

  1. Locate your order in the ‘My Orders’ page 
  2. Click ‘View Details’  
  3. Click ‘Download PDF Invoice’ 
  4. Scroll down to the Total section of the invoice – to view the amount discounted in Rewards

What happens if I don’t use my Rewards before they expire? 

Any unused Rewards will expire at midnight 180 days after your last order. After this time, they cannot be used. We’ll send a reminder email 10 days before your Rewards are due to expire, so that you don’t miss out.  


I don’t want Rewards expiry emails. Can I unsubscribe from these? 

Yes. You’re in control of what emails you receive from us. Simply click on the manage preferences link on the base of any marketing emails we send you and move the button next to Rewards Reminders to No.
