My parcel is showing an 'Attempted delivery' scan, what do I do?Updated 9 months ago
My parcel's tracking number showing an 'Attempted Delivery' or an 'Awaiting Collection' event, what do I do?
Sorry to hear this, it must be inconvenient for you!
It means that your parcel's delivery failed for whatever reason, and now your parcel is being held for you to collect or arrange a re-delivery.
You can find your order's tracking number on your dispatch notification, and on your online HealthPost account
You can easily do so - to find out what your options are, use your parcel's tracking link and follow the prompts.
For international deliveries
You can track your parcel on your country's postal website, to see your options, or call your postal authorities to learn where your parcel is.
Parcels are only held for collection for a limited time, and then they are sent back to us.
Please make sure you collect it as soon as you can, to avoid having your parcel sent back to New Zealand.
Here is a link to EMS's Global operators website, from which you will be able to find a link to your country's postal authority website
