I haven't received my order, can you help me locate it?

If you have not received your order within 2-3 business days of receiving your dispatch notification please contact us with your order number and we will investigate this for you.


How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number from your dispatch notification on New Zealand Post Tracking Tool.

You can also track and manage your parcels' delivery on NZ Post Tracking app, including getting delivery notifications in real-time, setting delivery instructions, and arranging re-delivery. Learn more here.


How do I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number can be found in the email we send out after your order has been dispatched, and you can also find it by signing into your account - www.healthpost.co.nz

Once signed in, head to ‘My Orders’ and click on the ‘Track Order’ button under the order you’d like to track.


I don't know what my tracking number is?

That's OK, simply contact us and we will be able to find this for you.
