How can I update my password?
If you know your password and want to replace it with a new one, that's easily done:
- Sign-in to your account with your saved password
- Navigate to the 'Account Settings' section of your account
- Type in your Current password, and your New password
- Hit the 'Update details' button to save the changes
If you are unsure of your password, simply click the 'Forgot password' under the 'sign-in' fields.
How can I update my delivery address?
Updating any of the delivery address saved on your account is easy! Simply:
- Sign in to your account
- In the 'Adresses' section of your account, you will find all your saved addresses
- Click 'Edit' on the address you wish to update, then 'save address'
How can I save my new address to be my new default address?
Your default delivery address is the one that automatically appears for you when you check out.
To have the checkout page default to sending your orders to a new address:
- Sign in to your account
- In the 'Addresses' section of your account
- Tick the 'Set as default delivery address' tick box if your new address is already saved on your list
- Or click the ' +Add new' button at the top of the list, enter its details and click 'Set as default delivery address', then 'save address'

How can I change my email address?
Updating the email address on your account is easy! Simply:
- Sign in to your account with your old email address
- In the 'Account Setting's section of your account, you can type your new email address
- Click 'Update Details' to save
