Do you offer promo codes?

Yes, from time to time we offer special promo codes that offer a discount on an order or something extra like a free gift with your purchase.  

We also have a standing 5% discount on orders over $500, when you apply the following code at the checkout: BIG500HP  

Please note that for the discount to apply, you must enter the code at the checkout, prior to submitting your order  

How do I use a promo code?

Shop on our site as you normally would and start the checkout process. 

On the Secure Checkout page, enter your promocode into the 'Promocode/ e-Gift Card' field and click 'Apply'.

If your order is eligible for the promo code, your order subtotal will update to reflect the promo code, or the free gift promo will be added to your order.

  • On mobile devices you can find the  'Promocode/ e-Gift Card' field by clicking0 the 'View my cart & savings' pop-up. 

  • On desktop devices the  'Promocode/ e-Gift Card' field is located just below the product images in the YOUR ORDER section.

Promo codes can't be used on orders paid by a HealthPost e-Gift Card

How do I use a promo code on a mobile device?

You have two options:

  1. On the Checkout page

Where your items are displayed, click 'See Cart & Savings', Click ' Promocode/e-Gift card', Enter your promo code by typing it in, and then hit 'Apply'. 

  1. On the 'Edit Cart' page

Scroll below the 'Checkout Securly' button to find the 'Have a promo code? Enter it here' field.

Enter your promo code by typing it in, and then hit 'Apply'. 

If your order is eligible for the promo code, your order subtotal will update to reflect the promo code, or the free gift promo will be added to your order.

Promo codes can't be used on orders paid by a HealthPost e-Gift Card

How do I find out the rules for a promo code?

  • Terms and conditions are unique to each promo code. 
  • All promo codes have an expiry date, or are valid while stock lasts – this is outlined where the promo code displays
  • Some promo codes can only be used once per order, or per person, while others can be used more - this is outlined where the promo code displays
  • Delivery fee is calculated on the order AFTER promo codes are applied. Codes providing a discount will reduce the subtotal of the order. If this drops below our minimum spend for free delivery, a delivery fee will apply.
  • Promo codes offering free deliery will show a discount line once they're applied, rather than delete the delivery line altogether.
  • Promo codes may not be applicable when products in the cart qualify for a 3for2 offer.

How do I make sure I receive HealthPost promo codes?

Easy, make sure that you’re signed up for our weekly deal emails.

You can do this in the Manage Preferences link at the base of any emails we send you, or subscribe in the footer at the base of our website.

My promo code is not working? What should I do?

First check that your order meets the requirements of the promo code. Each promo code has specific conditions that must be met, to get the discount offered.

Double-check the spelling and numbers (taking care not to mix up the letter O, and the number 0).  We recommend you copy and paste the code to avoid errors. 

Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the code before applying it

Please also check the expiry date. All our promo codes have an expiry date and the code will not work if you are trying to use it after the expiry date.

Remember, promo codes are offered to specific customers – you cannot use a promo code that has been offered to friends or family on your own account. Please read our Terms & Conditions for more info.

Please note, as at June 2023 we're experiencing a temporary issue with 3 for 2 promo codes when three of the same products are added to cart. To resolve this issue, please re-add the 3rd product to your cart after you've entered the promo code and the offer will apply. Alternatively, please get in touch with our team for help. Thanks for your patience.

Will I receive Rewards if using a promo code?

Yes. Rewards are calculated on the order before a promo code is applied.

Can I share a promo code with a friend, or use their promo code they don’t want?

Most of our promo codes are linked to specific customers so you cannot share or transfer these promo codes (usually sent to you in a direct email). However, sometimes we might publish a promo code on Facebook or with our partners. You’re welcome to share these promo codes.

I forgot to put in my promo code, what can I do?

Forgot to enter your promo code when placing your order? We all know how annoying it can be.
