I've had a bad reaction, what should I do?Updated 8 months ago

I've had a bad reaction to a product. What should I do?

If you are concerned that you may be experiencing a reaction to one of the products that you have purchased from us, we strongly recommend that you discontinue using it.

We understand that you may not wish to continue using that product. Please get in touch with us with your order number, product batch and expiry date details and we will happily organise a refund for you. There is no need to return your product.

If you want to report your reaction to the New Zealand Center for Adverse Reaction Monitoring (CARM), you can do so here. This is an Otago University powered data base, which monitors and reports to Medsafe NZ and the World Health Organisation.
