How do I login or sign up for an account? 

1. In the top right of your screen, click on the person icon.  
    

2. You will then be prompted to login or sign up. 

Can't remember you password, or having trouble signing in?  

1. In the top right of your screen, click on the person icon. 
    

2. Enter your email address and click ‘NEXT’ 

3. If there is an account associated with your email address, you will be able to enter your password. 

4. If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘Forgot password?’. You can also access this page by clicking here. 

5. To change your password enter your email address and click ‘RESET PASSWORD’ 
    

6. You will now receive an email containing a secure link to reset your password – this link is only valid for 24 hours. If you can’t find this email, make sure to check your spam folder.  

7. Found your email? Simply click on the ‘RESET PASSWORD’ button. This button will take you back to our website to complete the password reset process. There is no need to navigate manually back to the website, or copy and paste the code.   

8. Simply type your new password twice and click the ‘SUBMIT’ button.  

9. NOTE:  Your password needs to be at least 7 characters long and must include at least one number.  

10.  Last step – Login with your new password by clicking on the person icon in the top right corner of your screen.
