I haven't received my order, can you help me locate it?

If you have not received your order within 4-10 days (for Standard AusPost parcel delivery) or 3-8 days (for Express AusPost parcel delivery) of receiving your dispatch notification please contact us with your order number and we will investigate this for you.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number from your dispatch notification with the Australia Post Tracking Tool. If you would prefer to call Australia Post, you can do this by calling 137678 and they will be able to assist you.

Where can I find my order's tracking number?

You can find your tracking number in your dispatch notification email. You can also find your tracking number by signing into your account. Simply go to My Orders in your account and click on the Track Order button under the order you want to track.
