Do you have a rewards or loyalty programme?
Yes. Healthy Rewards are one of the ways we like to give back to you - to reward your healthy habits and say thank you for choosing us.
Every time you shop with us, you’ll earn Healthy Rewards. For every NZ $1 you spend, you will earn 1 Healthy Reward point. Each point is worth NZ 5 cents, if you have 20 points, that’s NZ $1. You can use your Healthy Rewards just like real dollars to spend on future orders.
What are Healthy Rewards?
Your Healthy Rewards are just one of the ways we like to say thanks. Simply shop with us to earn rewards in the form of ‘Healthy Rewards points’. You can use your points just like real dollars to spend on future orders. Each point is worth NZ 5 cents.
How do I earn Healthy Rewards?
For every $1 you spend we’ll give you 1 point back in Healthy Rewards. Your Healthy Rewards points can be used just like real dollars to spend on future orders. Points are valid for 180 days from the date you earned them. Think you might be missing rewards points? Read our Rewards Expiry Information before you get in touch.
You can earn Healthy Rewards points in New Zealand Dollars, these can be used on the cost of the products you purchase after any discounts are applied and before your delivery fee.
Rewards cannot be earned on purchases paid for with e-Gift Cards or Store Credit.
Will I earn Healthy Rewards on every order?
Yes, Healthy Rewards can be earned on any order over NZ $1. You cannot earn Healthy Rewards if you are purchasing items with an e-gift card or store credit.
How long do I have to use my Healthy Rewards?
- Your Healthy Rewards points are valid for 180 days from the date you earned them.
- Each time you place an order or earn new rewards points, your expiry date will reset.
- We’ll send you an email or SMS reminder a few days before your points expire.
Is there a maximum amount of Healthy Rewards I can earn per order?
No, you can earn 1 Healthy Rewards point for every NZ $1 spent on each order.

Can I redeem some of my Healthy Rewards on an order and save the rest for another order?
Yes, you can choose how many rewards you want to redeem using the slider bar at checkout.
Where can I see my available Healthy Rewards?
To find out whether you have Healthy Rewards, visit Your Healthy Rewards page by clicking here or complete the following steps:
First, sign in to your account.
- Desktop: Your rewards balance appears in the header of our site (top right-hand corner, next to your shopping bag icon).
- Mobile: Your rewards balance is visible within the menu. In the top left corner click the three horizontal lines and scroll to the bottom of the menu to see your balance.
If you wish to see the Rewards you have redeemed on each one of your orders, you can view these on the ‘My Orders’ page:
- Locate your order on the ‘My Orders’ page
- Click ‘View Details’
- Click ‘Download PDF Invoice’
- Scroll down to the Total section of the invoice to view the amount discounted in store credit (when you redeem your rewards they are applied to your order as store credit)
I’ve made an order and can’t see my rewards. How long does it take for my Healthy Rewards to be added to my account?
Healthy Rewards are earned as soon as you make an order and will be added to your account within a few minutes. Please refresh the page if you are not seeing these.
I seem to be missing some Healthy Rewards, what's happened to them?
Before you get in touch, please see if any of the below scenarios apply:
1. Your Healthy Rewards points have expired
Rewards are valid for 180 days from the date your last earned them. Make sure you are signed up for rewards expiry reminders, in your Manage Preferences page so that you’re always aware of when Rewards are due to expire. To access this page, click the 'My Preferences' link at the bottom of any marketing email we send you.
2. You’ve spent your Healthy Rewards
You’re able to see the rewards you have redeemed on each one of your orders, by viewing them in the ‘My Orders’ page:
- Locate your order in the ‘My Orders’ page
- Click ‘View Details’
- Click ‘Download PDF Invoice’
- Scroll down to the Total section of the invoice to view the amount discounted in store credit (when you redeem your rewards they are applied to your order as store credit)
If you’ve checked these things, and still think something is not right, please get in touch.
What happens if I don’t use my Healthy Rewards before they expire?
Any unused rewards will expire 180 days after you last earned them. After this time, they cannot be used. We’ll send a reminder before your rewards are due to expire, so that you don’t miss out.
I don’t want Healthy Rewards expiry emails. Can I unsubscribe from these?
Yes. You’re in control of what emails you receive from us. Simply click on the manage preferences link at the bottom of any marketing emails we send you and move the button next to Healthy Rewards Reminders to No.
